Compared to its predecessor, the Standard Actuated terminal — which was also designed for everyday uses like gaming, video calls, and streaming — the new device features <https://www.starlink.com/specifications?spec=4>a slimmer, more portable design, higher waterproof and wind resistance rating as well as an increased field of view, and no motor. In addition to the terminal, kickstand, and cables, the kit includes a Gen 3 router with Wi-Fi 6 support.
