Hi All. After I deployed SUSE 11 64 bit image (includes STAF) on machine I tried to start STAF, but this operation failed. I looked at /usr/local/staf/STAFProc.out file and found following errors: STARTING STAF /usr/local/staf/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/sbin:/root/bin:/usr/local/bin:/us r/bin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/usr/X11R6/bin:/usr/games:/opt/kde3/bin:/usr/lib/mit/bin :/usr/lib/mit/sbin /usr/local/staf/lib: /usr/local/staf/lib/JSTAF.jar:/usr/local/staf/samples/demo/STAFDemo.jar:
Error on INTERFACE definition, interface tcp library STAFTCP Error creating interface, RC: 47, Reason: STAFConnectionProviderConstruct: Could not determine logical/physical identifier.Error code: 22 Reason: Error getting hostent structure: gethostbyname() RC=11 I looked at network settings and hostname settings - all settings are correct.
