I can determine the server location using [MaxMind
database](https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo).
But I do not know the client device location, and it needs to be evaluated for
every call.
Probably, we can statically define the RTPengine server location in the
Kamailio config, but we still need to change the servers `weight` dynamically
for every call.
