The issue is that the system reserved 60 seconds from OCS, but then returns 61
seconds back to OCS in the CCR-STOP.
When the returned seconds are MORE than the reserved seconds, the OCS
calculates a negative balance (especially when the call ends with "out of
credit"). This negative value then becomes 71582788 when calculated as an
unsigned integer.
>From the logs:
- Line 1033: "Final used number of seconds for session is 60" ← This is what
was reserved
- Line 1057: "Sending stop CCR request for (usage) [61] seconds" ← This is what
gets sent to OCS
