qasimloay created an issue (kamailio/kamailio#4495)
The Problem
When I make a call and the call ends with BYE message containing Reason:
outofcredit, the system returns wrong duration: 71582788 seconds instead of the
actual call time.
This is causing major billing problems with our OCS.
