Regarding RADIUS. There is one `CMAKE` option in
https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/blob/874183da2a6000f5f8e755e19338b74757e09bf0/cmake/modules/FindRadius.cmake#L14-L18.
So when on configuration pass which client you want to use.
`cmake --S . -B build-folder -DRADIUSCLIENT="FREERADIUS" other_options ...`
