We have implemented `kamailio_docs_readme` target
[link](https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/pull/4085#issuecomment-2577661883).
My expectation do not trigger xslt transformation and just rebuild the modules
readme file.
I will try with `docbook-xsl`.
