Generally `cmake` should help here.
I have read the provided documentation link and and it is not clean how to
compile `kazoo` module using `cmake`.
Could you clarify how to compile and install optional modules.
I have used commands
```sh
cmake -S . -B build
cmake --build build
sudo cmake --install build
```
Also I do not see packaged README files
