Well, is where we install the configs. In my case: ``/etc/kamailio``
here is where is it set

And here is where is defined previously

Notice that I don't want to change ``CMAKE_INSTALL_SYSCONFDIR`` that is fine
pointing to ``etc`` I want to be able to define where the configs should be
installed and ``/usr/etc/kamailio`` is not it.
So please allow me to define ``CFG_DIR`` somehow and use that value if is
defined
