`cfg_prefix` is probably the `cmake_install_prefix`? : The base folder where
you want it installed?
`cfg_target` what is its purpose?
My guess is it's a path that is already provided by
https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/module/GNUInstallDirs.html? and we want it
to be configurable?
