Hi Mahmood,

Seems like you are using the Spyder standalone version for Windows. To use 
packages that aren't bundle with the installer you will need to have a way 
to create environments and use the custom interpreter preference. For more

https://docs.spyder-ide.org/current/faq.html#using-packages-installer
