[spyder] Installing a pip package for Spyder

Hi I would like to install a package (scikit-learn) so that I can use it with Spyder IDE. However, I didn’t find the “pip3” command in Spyder\Python folder.   C:\Users\m_nad\AppData\Local\Programs\Spyder\Python>dir Volume in drive C has no label.
