Are high expansion foam generators considered fixed foam devices? We are using fire pumps to pressurize the bladder tank, thru proportioner attached to riser. Are these pumps considered water-powered foam concentrate pumps? How do I know if I have a foam chamber, a diaphragm balancing valve, a vacuum vent, or a rupture disk? How do I know if the foam concentrate tank, which is a bladder tank, has an expansion dome? Is HEF generator considered a foam maker? Thanks.
