NFPA #13 (2013) section 8.12.5.3 Continuous Obstructions Below Sprinkler. Building is 40'-0" high and is protected with ESFR K25 sprinkler heads.
We have an electrical cable tray that is 1'-0" wide and they have located it below a line of ESFR sprinkler heads. The cable tray is located 25'-0" below the sprinkler heads. Code does not give a distance below but only states that it needs to be locate 1'-0" to the side of the sprinkler heads or you need to provide sprinkler protection below, but my logical brain says this should not be a problem.
