Ok we have a situation where the structure is CLT (cross laminated timber) with
a few glue lams. the space between the CLT and the ceiling is only 24" so I was
planning on using the reliable KRF sprinkler because it's a combustible
concealed space but it technically doesn't comply with NFPA 13 8.15.1.5 because
it isn't wood truss, wood joist or bar joist construction..... The only thing
it complies with is the space is less than 36" and the upper surface (the CLT)
is combustible. Because of the depth of the space should I still go with the
concealed space sprinklers or use standard spray?
