This draft timely proposes a unified framework and methodology, enabling networks to respond to quality variations more smoothly and promptly. This will facilitate cross-vendor interoperability and large-scale deployment. The work fills a gap in dynamic quality optimization for SR and is recommended for expedited advancement.
