I think that there is one important aspect missing from this draft.
Namely an explanation of who administers the hosts. SRv6 is for use
within limited domains. typically hosts administered by the operator
are within the operators network, not across an access network. And are
subject to administrative protocols such as YANG controlled by the
operator. THis appears to be a case where the hosts are part of some
other administration?
