WG, Revision 17 addresses some more DISCUSS and COMMENTS. Additionally, it addresses the following based on comments received on revision 16.
1. Although Replication nodes are forbidden to originate ICMPv6 Time Exceeded error messages, non-replication nodes forwarding replicated packets based on unicast locator prefixes can do so. This revision describes circumstances in which this can happen and a method to prevent this. 2. ICMPv6 Echo Requests sent to a Leaf node via intermediate Replication nodes will be delivered to other Leaf nodes. This is clarified in the new revision.
