The chairs have observed the discussions, and appreciate the responses
from the working group.
With regard to issues 2 - 5, we consider that the WG has agreed to the
proposed resolutions. We will close these issues promptly.
With regard to issue 1, while there was a lot of support for closing the
issue, the situation is not as clear-cut. There appear to be some open
technical issues raised by Andrew Alston and Greg Mirsky which have not
been sufficiently resolved. We hope to see further discussion, leading
to agreement on the technical situation regarding these issues.
