To further develop on my previous email, besides the editorial nit-fixing,
this revision includes the following changes:
- Clarified in Sec 4.1.1 the packet processing when IPv6 EH are present
- Fixed in Sec 4.2.1 the PSP trigger condition so that it is correctly
executed when the last C-SID container is not fully used
- Clarified in Sec 6.3 the meaning of GIB and LIB
