Hi Joel, It is correct that this revision is mostly editorial. I sent an email on the list at the time the new revision was posted ( https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/spring/3GA3OVc1JA08vFf5DIXNzxGkyyY/), but it may have been lost in the large pre-cutoff traffic.
