Hi Xuesong, Thanks for your support and comment.
As this document mainly describes the SR data plane mechanisms and the procedures of building SR based VTNs, the descriptions about the control plane are brief, and the details are left to the control plane drafts. That said, we could add some more descriptions about the related control plane functions in next version. While in the next version, maybe it is better to add more specifications about VTN control plane functions and protocol extensions. (There is some text in section 3 of the existing version, which I think is not sufficient) Best Xuesong From: spring [mailto:spring-boun...@ietf.org] On Behalf Of James Guichard Sent: Wednesday, January 27, 2021 7:47 PM To: spring@ietf.org<mailto:spring@ietf.org> Cc: spring-cha...@ietf.org<mailto:spring-cha...@ietf.org> Subject: [spring] WG Adoption Call for draft-dong-spring-sr-for-enhanced-vpn Dear WG: This message starts a 2 week WG adoption call for https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-dong-spring-sr-for-enhanced-vpn/ ending February 10th 2021. After review of the document please indicate support (or not) for WG adoption to the mailing list and if you are willing to work on the document, please state this explicitly. This gives the chairs an indication of the energy level of people in the working group willing to work on this document. Please also provide comments/reasons for your support (or lack thereof) as this is a stronger way to indicate your (non) support as this is not a vote. Thanks! Jim, Bruno & Joel
