The draft is very straight forward and easy to read. I have only one small comment regarding section 7, IANA Considerations. In IPFIX entity type 46 at IANA, the top label type (label source) is defined. In the following section the possible values are described: https://www.iana.org/assignments/ipfix/ipfix.xhtml#ipfix-mpls-label-type For Segment Routing an additional value needs to be defined and your draft seems to be the right place to cover that.
