Hi Andrew, According to the following whois, I think you are the right person who are going to decide the future of the debian.org.tw domain name. Currently the domain is expired for several weeks. And all *.debian.org.tw doesn't work. Please find a way to make the domain more stable. I think it is worth to consider transferring it to SPI or some official Debian organization to stabilize it.
