Given this:

   Main
   ####

   Subheading1
   +++++++++++

   .. toctree::

      Subheading2
      Subheading3

   Subheading4
   +++++++++++

I'd like to get this:

   Main
     - Subheading1
     - Subheading2
     - Subheading3
     - Subheading4

But what I have is this (and I do understand why):

   Main
     - Subheading1
       - Subheading2
       - Subheading3
     - Subheading4

Is there some way to break the context of "Subheading1" such that the
processor can understand that the toctree elements should be siblings,
rather than children, of "Subheading1"?

Apologies if I missed the answer to this in an earlier post.

Thanks!
