I'd like to get this:

- Subhead4
but, understandably, I get this:
Main
- Subhead1
- Subhead2
- Subhead3
- Subhead4
Is there a way to break the context of "Subhead2" in the rst such that the
toctree contents are identified as siblings of "Subhead1" rather than as
children?
