I'm not sure I understand the question here.  Are you looking for a way 
to stop spammers who are sending messages that appear to be "from" your 
domain?  That's very difficult.  SPF is probably your best bet and it's 
certainly not perfect.

If you're trying to stop spammers who are using your mail server to send 
spam, that's a configuration issue.  Both spamdyke and qmail are able to 
prevent relaying if they're configured correctly.
