First question, what is different about the two email? I am not just talking about the spamassassin tag. More like the from line and the to line. Do they come in from the same smpt server? How do you give the email to spamassassin? Are both email using the same path to get to the users email box? I do not know that much about Qmail, but these are some of the question that should be answered.
