not be interested, I've placed it at

Please be sure to read through it, especially the comments and
configuration section, and note that you'll need to adjust some
configuration items for your site.  Also note that you'll need to adjust
the shebang line to find your Perl binary, but please do not remove the
"-wT" options.

Comments, criticisms, and corrections are of course welcome ...
