Many thanks to Matt for this, and to many others for submitting rules
which have provided us all with improved spam filtering.

I had a look at evilnumbers.cf, and expect to use it, though with the
following change (which I hope someone will scream at me very loudly if
they expect it will have an adverse effect on these rules effectiveness:

Matt wrote in evilnumbers.cf:

# changed all hyphens in phone numbers to (\s|-|\.)

I changed all occurrences (in my own copy, of course) of '(\s|-|\.)' to
'[\s\-\.]+', in an effort to ensure that any number of any combination
of those characters could not be used to obfuscate a known evil number.

For example, I want to match '888 - 222 - 3456', rather than only
'888-222-3456'.

Anybody see anything wrong with that idea?
