[SAtalk] Problems installing Mail::SpamAssassin 2.60

Hello all,   I am sure this error has probably been covered at one time or another, but multiple searches of the archives have produced no results for me. I am trying to upgrade the site-wide SA on a server using CPAN and things seem to go fine. Until it gets to the rules_tests and then I get 1/39 test scripts failed and 15/294 subtests failed causing the installation to abort.
