My domain host as a similar function, also with Horde. None of my Horde
users use it, though, so I can't tell you where to find it.

Check with your host, and ask them. I would have thought it would have
been an additional folder within the Horde system, easy for you to find
(you do know how to access multiple folders within Horde, yes?). If not,
they will have to provide the information to you.
