Contact your ISP. SpamAssassin is a Unix based mail program, which cannot
do anything other than mark a mail as SPAM (it cannot move it, delete it,
etc).

If your ISP has configured SpamAssassin to do something with the mail, only
they know what they've done, and how to retrieve it.
