Look for pop3proxy (http://mcd.perlmonk.org/pop3proxy/) - it's fairly easy
to set up - KMail connects to the proxy, the proxy connects to Earthlink's
servers, and runs SA against the messages it retrieves. It'll probably do
what you want.
