Much to my surprise, I found out that the current (2.60) SpamAssassin
code doesn't allow matches against the entire body or against the
entire rawbody (unless you make it an eval test). The regex matching is
done on a line-by-line basis.

Are there any plans to support regex matches against the entire body or
rawbody sections?

And an additional request: it would be nice to be able to allow body
or rawbody tests only against mime parts matching a specific mimetype,
but I might be pushing my luck here.
