If you're talking about the X-Spam-Report header, I was looking into
the same thing earlier today.

After fiddling a bit, I found that the following incantations would
allow me to set the format of that header:

report_safe         0
remove_header all Report
add_header spam Report _HITS_ points; _REPORT_

The add_header spec must apparently come after the report_safe
setting...
