As someone who owns his own ISP and frequently does support, I can tell you that rude messages go to the BOTTOM of the queue. Especially if they are from people who aren't paying customers. My grandfather used to say -- and someone else on the list quoted to you -- you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.
