Yes, but then there are people like myself who do read the documentation
and when we run into a problem do a google or look for a how-to link on
the SpamAssassin web page/news site.

Currently we're running sendmail+procmail, but we're in the process of
implementing MIMEDefang here as we want to decrease the load on our mail
server (I realize we could run spamd on another server but we want SA to
be implemented as a gateway solution).  It would be interesting to compare
notes once we have it up and running.

SA is awesome and has been well received by our users.
