This spam uses the same technique to get through as the last example you
gave.  If you are using the sets I suggested, that should have been
nailed by backhair.  If you added those sets and they worked, then added
more rules, it's possible you made an error causing sa to ignore some of
your rules.

spamassassin --lint to see if you have errors, add -D if you want to see
more of what it's checking
