As you would expect, it has the full chain of headers back to the list server. My spam comes in with these Received headers:
Received: from mail.koehn.com ([unix socket]) by mail.koehn.com (Cyrus v2.1.15) with LMTP; Mon, 15 Dec 2003 10:28:50 -0600 Received: from localhost [127.0.0.1] by satchel.koehn.com with SpamAssassin (2.61 1.212.2.1-2003-12-09-exp); Mon, 15 Dec 2003 10:28:50 -0600
Note how I have no idea where this message came from, I can't see the Received line that my own Postfix server added. It's all been replaced with the mysterious "Received with Spamassassin" line. Looking through my history, I see that this was happening under SA 2.60 and SA 2.61. I'm not sure how it's happening, however.
I use Postfix as my MTA, procmail to invoke SA, followed by cyrus (with Sieve) as my MDA. Whether the message is spam or ham, Cyrus/Sieve delivers the message to its destination folder (procmail just calls /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver after calling SA). It would seem that SA is scrubbing the Received lines when it identifies the message as spam.
Has anybody else seen this? I took a look through the archives but couldn't find any mention of this issue.
