Gentian, to help alleviate mail processing do also try
any of a number of RBLs out there. these tend to be IP-based so your
server will never actually receive mail.

if so configured.. basically by just setting SA to delete any incoming
scanned msg with a score of 5+ (default score level).
As far as setting up a whitelist, on a win32
implementation of SA, read the SA docs, and/or visit some sites with
configuration information.
