Okay, it seems to me that blocking because someone is in a dynablock is the same class as blocking because the email comes from .ru or East Asia or is in the wrong langauge. I guess I'll just start blocking all email from Earthlink (I don't know anyone there), Sprint (same), AOL, .uk, .eu, .za, .au, ....
Well, the intent is blocking dynablocks who don't use their ISP's mail relay like they should.
It's not intended to match mail that started at a dynablock and got relayed first.
