Thomas, A simple, non-technical solution to your problem is to obtain a Habeas Warrant mark and use it (see <http://www.habeas.com/>). Any site using Spamassassin will honor such a mark and pass the message on, even if the content is "muddy". This will work for current and future versions of Spamassassin. There is a cost associated with obtaining a Warrant mark, but since you are -not- sending spam it should not be prohibitive. You should be able to consider it part of the cost of doing marketing business on the internet.
