Greetings!

One of our users today reported a mis-identification of legitimate mail
primarily based upon two tests:
> > 1.1 FORGED_OUTLOOK_HTML Outlook can't send HTML message only
> > 1.1 FORGED_OUTLOOK_TAGS Outlook can't send HTML in this format

Here are the headers I believe to be relevant:

X-Priority: 3
X-MSMail-Priority: Normal
X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1158
X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2800.1165
X-eGroups-Remote-IP: 4.65.x.x
Precedence: bulk
Content-Type: text/html; charset=3DUS-ASCII
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Actaul tags used in the message were:

<html><body><tt><BR>&nbsp;<!-- .. --><table><tr><td><font>

The mesage did indeed have only one part of HTML. Though the list serve
did indicate that it removed 'non-text portions'.

So is there a 'problem' with that individuals Outlook, or does Yahoogroups
removal of non-text portions confuse SA? Or should we be down-grading the
score for the above two tests?

- Charles
