Look for:

   V[. /_,-]*a[. /_,-]*l[. /_,-]*i[. /_,-]*u[. /_,-]*m
   P[. /_,-]*r[. /_,-]*o[. /_,-]*z[. /_,-]*a[. /_,-]*c

   F[. /_,-]*o[. /_,-]*o  (example for below)

with, say, 4 points. Have a compensation rule of -2 points for the
unmangled version, 'Foo'. I've remarked that almost all of the
phrases.cf rules need to be enhanced in this fashion. The gappy text
rule isn't sufficient. I don't care so much that an email has gappy
text, but that it is trying to use gappy text to bypass a content rule
looking for 'Foo'.

I've got an RE engine that does semantic analysis of regular
expressions and could do this sort of transform easily and
automatically. Wait a few months for me to finish development.
