The gappy text rule isn't sufficient. I don't care so much that an email has gappy text, but that it is trying to use gappy text to bypass a content rule looking for 'Foo'. I've got an RE engine that does semantic analysis of regular expressions and could do this sort of transform easily and automatically. Wait a few months for me to finish development.
