First: it looks like you've not trained enough mail into sa-learn for bayes to run.. you need 200 spam AND 200 nonspam messages. Since bayes isn't running, your training isn't doing anything.
Second: The score difference is because you are sending these emails from yourself, and you are using the AWL (auto-whitelist). The AWL is adjusting the email scores based on YOU and YOUR history.. I would advise NOT sending any spam into SA from your own address if the AWL is enabled. You will pollute your own email account's AWL score, and suddenly you'll find all messages that you send start getting tagged.
