Instead of chkconfig, one could also use ntsysv (console graphics) or tksysv
(X graphics) to enable the SA service. (Is there a graphic console or X

As I said in another message, all RPM packages keep their "documentation" in
/usr/share/doc/package-version. Anyone who admins Red Hat boxen should know
this. I keep a browser bookmark to that directory as many packages have their
docs in HTML there.
