Two are "services". All your mail goes through the service's server before coming to you, so the only "installation" is to change your MX record.
Another is Brightmail, available for Exchange, Linux, and Solaris. The review mentions an Exchange installation, so it's not clear how much effort is needed to make it work on Linux or Solaris.
The product most like SA is ProofPoint (http://www.proofpoint.com/) which looks to me to be similar to CanIt (http://www.canit.ca/) which uses SA internally.
