First off, turn off HTML. Annoying, and you'll score a LOT higher.

Yes. Spamassassin. 

spamassassin < inputfilename > outputfilename

Create a file with the full headers - best bet is to e-mail it to yourself
at another ISP.... then run the above command line. Outputfilename will be
created and will show the scores.
