Interesting. They do not list the 'raw' option in the SA documentation
for header checks. This is exactly the sort of test I was looking for,
though I also wanted to verify that this is a test that will not trigger
on 'ham'. I occasionally see mail using 'windows-1251' which is not a
foreign language spam, but just ordiary english. So is it fair to say that
it represents non-English mail when it appears in the Subject line?
